Whilst we all adjust to life with COVID 19, we would like to reassure all of our clients, that we will be following all measures set by the government and taking extra care to keep our clients, cleaners and community safe, this will include;

• All Cleaners will be provided with the correct PPE for each individual appointment: Masks, Gloves, Apron

• Cleaners will use antibacterial hand gel before their arrival to your property and on departure

• Only disposable cloths will be used

• If cleaners are showing any COVID 19 symptoms they will be required to self isolate for 7 days before returning to work

• If cleaners are using our equipment or clients own, this will be thoroughly cleaned with antibacterial solution before the clean and when departing your property (however we highly recommend that clients leave own cleaning equipment (ie, vacuum and mops) in readiness for our cleaners arrival)

• Antibacterial spray will be our main cleaning solution used when cleaning surfaces

 

We are asking that if clients are able to, that all members of the household please vacate the property before the cleaners arrival. If this isn't possible then to please let us know in plenty of time before the clean, it is then down to the cleaners discretion if they wish to continue with the clean, with both parties respecting the two metres social distancing rules.

 

Please inform The Cleaning Fairy & Co on 01271 816610 if you need to cancel due to any of the members of your household showing COVID 19 symptoms, you will not be charged for cancellation if this occurs.
