✨ Emergency & Last-Minute Cleaning Policy *LET US KNOW IF YOU WANT TO BOOK MORE HOURS (if not showing online)* When life gets messy, our Fairies make it shine — fast! Availability: Emergency cleans are offered subject to team availability. We aim for same-day or 24–48-hour response times, but preferred slots can’t always be guaranteed. Location & Travel: Based in North Devon, we cover up to a two-hour radius. Bookings outside this area incur extra travel and mileage charges. These fees, along with the £50 call-out cost, must be paid upfront and are non-refundable, even if we cannot access the property. Rates & Payment: £50 call-out + £40 per hour thereafter (excl. VAT). Two-hour minimum. Full upfront payment is required when booking, and card details must be provided to confirm your slot and cover any extra hours. We’ll estimate time needed in advance, using your photos or details, and always confirm before adding hours. Access & Service: Safe, timely access must be arranged. If entry isn’t possible, fees still apply. We’ll focus on agreed priority areas to restore order quickly. Waste removal and specialist cleaning aren’t included. Health & Safety: Please ensure a safe workspace and tell us about any allergies or product preferences. Cancellations: Once booked, emergency cleans are non-refundable.
