- Labourers Clean
A site clean-up during the building process. Includes picking up rubbish, removing protective coverings, sweeping/vacuuming and general tidying of the surrounding site.
- Pre-Silicone Clean
A tidy of wet areas, bathrooms and kitchen. Used by premium builders to ensure a clean run for their caulking contractor — minimising the risk of contaminating the silicone once applied.
- Builders Clean
A complete clean of your finished project — removing dust and deep-cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, utilities, bedrooms, joinery, floors, walls, skirtings, windows and frames. Removing any stickers, cellophane etc.
- Final Clean
A quick tidy after defects are rectified. The only way to ensure the project is perfect for client handover.

At what stage of the build do you come in?
We can be involved at any stage — from labourers cleans during the build, through to pre-silicone, builders clean, and final handover clean. Many clients use us for all four stages.
Do you work with individual homeowners as well as contractors?
Yes — we work with both builders/developers and individual homeowners who have had renovation work done. Just get in touch and we'll advise on the right type of clean.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible, especially for larger projects. We recommend getting in touch when you have a rough completion date in mind so we can reserve your slot.
Do you supply all equipment?
Yes — all products and equipment are supplied by us. We come fully equipped for every type of post-construction clean.
