Do I need to sign a contract?
Not at all. We don't tie you into any contract. We're flexible to your requirements and believe the quality of our work speaks for itself. You can book on a job-by-job basis, or set up a regular arrangement — whatever suits you best.
Can you work around my check-in and check-out times?
Yes, absolutely. We'll coordinate around your guests' arrival and departure times to make sure the property is ready when it needs to be. Just let us know your schedule when you get in touch.
Do you provide linen and towels?
Yes — we offer linen and towel hire as an add-on to any changeover clean, or as a standalone service. All linen is laundered to hotel quality, pressed, and delivered ready for your guests. Get in touch for a quote tailored to your property.
Are there any upfront fees?
No upfront fees whatsoever. We'll provide a free, tailored quote based on your property and requirements. You only pay once we've done the work.
