Cancellation Policy

🧚‍♀️✨ The Cleaning Fairy & Co Service Policy ✨🧚‍♀️ To ensure the best possible experience for all our clients, please read and acknowledge our service policies: 1. Bookings Services offered: Housekeeping, Dog Sitting, and Dog Walking. Bookings can be made via phone, email, or our online system. Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email or message. 2. Cancellations & Changes 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling of any service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a full service charge. Cancellation fees will be invoiced to the client. This applies to all housekeeping, dog sitting, and dog walking appointments. 3. Charges Standard service fees apply as per your booking confirmation. Late cancellation fees will be charged via invoice. 4. Pet Policy Clients must provide accurate information regarding pets (behavior, vaccination status, medical needs). We are insured for pet care, but safety of both pets and staff is a priority. Any aggressive or unsafe behavior must be disclosed. 5. Insurance The Cleaning Fairy & Co holds full public liability and pet care insurance. This covers housekeeping, dog sitting, and dog walking services for accidents, property damage, or injuries to third parties while under our care. Our insurance ensures both clients and staff are protected during all services. 6. Home Access & Safety Clients must ensure safe and clear access to the property. Any hazards (slippery floors, fragile items, dangerous areas) should be communicated in advance. 7.
