Throughout the home: Dusting of surfaces, furniture, and fixtures Vacuuming carpets and rugs Mopping hard floors Light maintenance clean of skirting boards Doors, handles, switches, and high-touch areas wiped General tidying and surface refreshing Kitchen: Worktops cleaned and sanitised Sink, taps, and splashbacks polished External appliance surfaces wiped Cupboard fronts and handles refreshed Bathrooms & WCs: Toilets, sinks, baths, and showers cleaned and sanitised Mirrors polished Surfaces left fresh and gleaming Please note: during a 3-hour clean, we work to a priority-based system. The areas completed will depend on the size, layout, condition, and current needs of your home. Our team will always focus first on the most important spaces to deliver the best overall result within the time allocated. 📅 Booking, Priorities & Flexibility When booking your regular clean, you’re welcome to let us know your preferred days, times, and priority areas, and we’ll always do what we can to accommodate these. To ensure we can deliver a reliable, high-quality service and properly support our cleaning team, we only take on clients who are flexible with days and times. This flexibility allows us to run schedules efficiently, respond to changes, and — most importantly — avoid cancellations or letting clients down. Each visit is approached thoughtfully, with priorities agreed and adjusted as needed depending on your home’s size, condition, and any specific focus areas requested. We always communicate clearly and in advance if any adjustments are required, and we plan our rota carefully to minimise disruption. Weekly, fortnightly, or monthly cleans are available — simply let us know your preferred frequency at the time of booking. ✨ You only need to book once to continue with our service.
